Are you a trained Parent Coach?
Yes, I qualified as a Parent and Life Coach in 2009, after having my second child I set up my business ‘Parent Support’ in 2013. I also have a degree in social studies with 20 years supporting families of all backgrounds.
Do you have children?
Yes I do, Charlie is 12, Katie is 9 and Jamie is 3 years old.

How can your parenting talks support my working parents?
My talks are an opportunity to support your working parents & caregivers in your organisation enabling them to thrive in work and at home. My talks are informative, practical and reassuring for the parent/caregiver that they are not on their own as they juggle family and working life.
Do you work ONLY WITH corporate companies?
I am very happy to work with many companies and organisations – my clients to date have varied from some of Ireland’s leading law firms, accountants, financial institutes, tech and pharmaceuticals to name a few, to charity organisations, government bodies and local libraries and various other parenting companies.
Are you open to tailoring workshop or talks content to suit our working parents?
Yes, I am very happy to chat about what your specific needs are for your teams.
How does your one-to-one service work?
I offer 3 initial sessions, which can take place in the mornings or evenings. I provide a tailored parenting plan with materials. See more of details here.

What are your qualifications?
I qualified in a Diploma & Degree is Social Studies, Social Care from IT Sligo, Ireland. In 2009 I qualified as Parent Coach from Coach Academy Plus
Does it matter if English is not my first language?
Not at all, as long as we are able to communicate where you can tell your story and I can provide support.
